***the cost includes team shirts (with numbers). If your team already has your own
team shirts, we’ll knock off some $ from the cost.The goal is to have every player
on the team wearing the same color/style shirts, as it will help prevent confusion
from teams wearing the same colors to each game and it’ll help you guys look more like a team***

 ******* If you’re interested in joining the Winter 2012 Season, please let Brandon or Jason know ASAP so we can save you a spot. However, inorder to reserve a spot,
we would need a deposit from your team, as we don’t want guys backing out at the
last minute. ***********

2) Completely fill out registration and waiver form

3) Email forms to Jason or Brandon.
